They all contain sugar,
But few are too sweet.
The more chocolate you find,
The more that you'll eat.
The drops are all sour,
The cherries are wild,
The taffy enwraps you,
And you feel like a child.
Some sugar-coated,
So you soon become spoiled,
And each of their kisses
Turn out to be foiled.
Those that are red hot
You watch disappear,
But becoming a sucker
Is what most will fear.
